Delivery & Returns

Delivery for made-to-measure curtains, blinds and cushions takes approximately 4-6 weeks. We will confirm the relevant delivery, collection or fitting arrangements for your order.

UK standard sample delivery takes 5-7 working days.

Why No Returns?

This policy applies across our entire product range for the following reasons:

• Made-to-measure items are individually crafted to your measurements, fabric choice and specifications, so they cannot be resold.
• Fabric by the metre is cut to your specified length from the roll and cannot be resold once cut.
• Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only.

Before You Order

To ensure you are completely happy before making a purchase, we strongly recommend:

• Order free samples first to assess colour, texture and quality in your own home.
• Book a free home consultation for advice on measurements and fabric choices.
• Check colours carefully with a physical sample, as screen colours may vary.
• Double-check measurements before placing your order.
• Order all fabric at once, as dye lots can vary between batches.

Exceptions - Faulty or Damaged Goods

• Inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
• Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.
• Contact us with your order number, photos of the issue and a description.
• We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage after installation, misuse, alterations by third parties or natural colour variations between fabric batches.

Free Samples

We offer up to 5 free fabric samples per order to help you evaluate fabrics before committing to a full purchase:

• Samples are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes only.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of free samples per household.
• Samples may not be used for production or resold.
• Additional samples beyond 5 may incur a small charge.
• Please allow 5-7 working days for sample delivery.

Order Cancellations

• Made-to-measure orders: may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission, provided no materials have been ordered or cut.
• Fabric by the metre: may be cancelled before the fabric has been cut from the roll.
• Free samples: may be cancelled before dispatch.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods, goods made to your specifications or sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
